Sign up, create your organisation, and get approved

Before you can use rentJz, you create an account, name your organisation, and wait for it to be approved. This article walks through that first-time setup and what to do if you forget your password later.

Steps

1. On the sign-up page, enter your Email and a Password, then select Sign up.
2. If email confirmation is turned on for your account, check your inbox and confirm before continuing.
3. Enter your Organization name and select Create organization.
4. You'll land on an Awaiting approval screen — rentJz reviews new organisations before they can use the app. Check back and sign in again later.
5. Once approved, signing in takes you straight to your dashboard.

Good to know

• If your organisation wasn't approved, the screen instead says Account not approved.
• Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?, enter your email, and follow the link you're sent. For privacy, you'll always see a message saying a link was sent, whether or not the email matches an account.
