Invite a tenant to the app
Generate, share, and manage the link that lets a tenant sign in to their own tenant app.
Tenants get their own app for rent payments, complaints, and more, once you send them a one-time invite link.
Steps
- Open the tenant's page and find the Invite to app card.
- Select Invite to app to generate a one-time link.
- Share it with Copy link or Share on WhatsApp — the WhatsApp button opens with a pre-filled message containing the link.
- The link lets the tenant set up their own sign-in; it expires in 7 days, shown next to the link as Expires with the date.
- If the link expires, the card shows Invite to app again; to cancel a link that's still live, select Revoke invite.
Good to know
- Once a tenant accepts, the card simply shows they already have app access — no further invite is needed.
- A revoked or expired link can no longer be used to sign in; generate a new one instead.
